Admission Process at JMG Prabhu School
- Collect the form from the school office or download it online.
- Complete all required fields carefully and attach necessary details.
- Submit the form along with all required documents to the school office.
- Child and parents may be called for interaction (if applicable).
- School will verify provided documents and eligibility.
- Pay the admission fee after confirmation from the admin office.
- Receive confirmation, enrollment number, and class allotment.
- Attend orientation (if scheduled) and begin the academic journey.
List of Documents Required
- Child’s Birth Certificate (copy)
- Aadhaar Card copies of Father, Mother, and Child
- Child’s 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Father & Mother’s 2 recent passport-size photographs

Original LC / TC (Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate) with Child UID number
(Applicable for students taking admission from Grade 2 onwards) - Xerox copy of the first page of the bank passbook
